Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. olb8 may decline or reverse withdrawals if satisfactory KYC verification has not been obtained.
To use olb8 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of any Account balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
You are fully liable for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. olb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
olb8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, enabling this feature significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized Account access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account settings dashboard.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for ninety (90) consecutive days may be subject to an administrative fee. Accounts inactive for twelve (12) months may be closed and remaining balances forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact the account holder. Please review your Account periodically to maintain active status.
olb8 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings, are processed in IDR with no currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account verification status and transaction history. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender, minus any processing fees.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during business hours are typically credited instantly. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within minutes. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or bank maintenance periods. olb8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
olb8 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of deposited funds, and to freeze Accounts or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name matching your verified Account details.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will trigger an automatic verification review, which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Subsequent withdrawals from verified Accounts are typically processed within one to twenty-four hours, depending on the payment method and any additional security checks deemed necessary by olb8.
All deposited amounts must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both deposited funds and any associated bonuses. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal requests that do not meet turnover requirements will be declined.
olb8 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond olb8's control and are the sole responsibility of the User. Withdrawals requested to payment methods different from those used for deposits may be subject to additional verification or declined entirely at olb8's discretion.
olb8 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds requirements, and game contribution percentages. These specific terms are published with each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
olb8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, or any other activity determined by olb8 to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
olb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
All bets placed through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each betting market, game type, or sport. These rules are available on the Platform and form part of these Terms. By placing a bet, you agree to accept the outcome as determined by olb8 in accordance with the applicable rules.
A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by olb8's system and reflected in your Account transaction history. olb8 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors or human error may be voided at olb8's discretion. All betting markets are settled based on official results and statistics from recognized governing bodies for the relevant sport or event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in bet voidance, Account closure, and forfeiture of funds:
Sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, togel (lottery games), and other game categories each have specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and dispute resolution. These rules are published within the Platform and must be reviewed before participating in any game. Indonesian-specific betting markets such as bandar bola (football bookmaker bets) and Asian handicap betting follow industry-standard rules for those market types.
olb8 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place bets. We employ age verification measures during registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, and all bets voided and funds forfeited.

These tools can be accessed through your Account settings. Once set, deposit and loss limits cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days, providing a cooling-off period for reconsideration.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion from olb8 services for a period of one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen period. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications from olb8.

All content on the olb8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of olb8 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
While olb8 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, or factors beyond our control. olb8 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or service interruptions.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. olb8 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of olb8 services, you must first contact our customer support team through the channels provided on the Platform. All complaints will be investigated promptly, and we will provide a written response within seven (7) business days of receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the bet being settled. After this period, bet settlements are considered final and binding. olb8's decision regarding bet settlement disputes is final and not subject to appeal, except where we acknowledge a clear error on our part.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before closure.
olb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, any bonuses and pending bets will be forfeited. We will return your deposited funds and legitimate winnings, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to olb8.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
olb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of olb8 services after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and olb8 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Failure by olb8 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of olb8.
